This song came to me on 4/20/08 on a family day out.
I formed the whole song in my head while spending a nice day with the kids.
What was really challenging was holding on to it in my head for a couple of hours until we got home and I could write it down.
Once home I wrote down all the verses I had though of in no particular order.

There were too many so I narrowed it down to the best ones and then made music for the lyrics.
I captured the creation of the song on video here.
The other video was taken by me and is my 19 month old daughter on the very day when I was thinking up this song. In fact while I am shooting video I am working out the lyrics in my head.

So the concept with this video is the creation of the song while watching the memory of that special day. These lyrics came suddenly and came fast and I believe it started as I was holding my daughter and she touched my nose with hers and we both laughed. That is the moment the lyrics started coming. A gift from her. At 3 years old and she recognized the song and actually requests it before bedtime and sang it back to me. Priceless! (Born in 2006)
